Early Check-in and late check -out will be charged P100.00 per hour.
Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate and dates of your reservation.
All online reservations and promotions are made subject to non-refundable terms, requiring full payment at the time of booking. No refund will be given if you have to leave early for any reason.
A new reservation is needed for the additional date(s), subject to availability and current rates; this rate might not apply. If you would like to prolong your stay, please let us know.
Please show the credit card used to guarantee and pay for the reservation as identification of ownership when you check in. If not, visitors can be asked to use a different card to make their payment; in this scenario, the initial amount would be reimbursed.
Strictly no refunds , only rebookings. We entertain rebookings 5 days or more prior to your check-in date. This applies to all guests.

In case of 3rd Party credit cards, Booking will not be made until the cardholder contacts the hotel and provides a Credit Card Authorization Form with all other required documents.
Our booking engine allows amendment of stay including dates and room types. However any downgrade or reduction in number of nights or revenue will depend upon the booked promo rate plan. If the promo rate is booked on a Non Refundable plan, the hotel reserves the right to charge based on original booking.
A refundable deposit of Php 1,000 per room per night will be required upon check-in. This will be used for any incidentals during the stay.
